She is inspired by a couple of different aspects of a shark. Her fin is blue representing the ocean, and her fins are shaped like those of a shark. She has brown hair and red eyes. Her scales are silver that sparkle and her top is a cool gray color, the color of most sharks.

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactIt's a good effort, and clearly a lot of thought went into how you wanted her to look, and the colours/shapes of her tail.
A little shading can go a long way towards making an image look 'alive'; the pose itself is decent enough, she seems adorable and a little mysterious all at the same time. Without shading the image comes across as physically 'flat', however.
You could spice up this image by adding in a little background. Perhaps have her sitting on something by the ocean and really add life to it!
